Returned eyewear must be in new and unused condition, and in its original packaging. Prescription issues require a copy of the prescription. Designer glasses can only be exchanged or replaced with designer glasses, and home brand frames with home brand frames, with differences in price applicable.
Please note that non-prescription sunglasses are not eligible for refunds, but store credit will be given within 14 days for glasses returned in like-new condition.
Shipping Policy: We offer free shipping on all orders over 48 euros. For orders under 48 euros, a flat rate of 7 euros will be charged for shipping.
